On 22nd May 2026, blessed with fine weather, our school held the celebration of the Feast of Mary Help of Christians. Teachers and students gathered devoutly to take part in the prayer service and festive activities.
The morning prayer service began with a solemn procession. Students marched in an orderly manner around the school football field behind the statue of Mary Help of Christians. As they processed, they prayed the Holy Rosary and reflected on its mysteries, creating a solemn and sacred atmosphere. Father Bosco Chan then shared three practical ways to live out their faith in daily life, urging all to put God’s teachings into daily deeds.
The joyful celebration began right after the prayer. It started with an interactive quiz, in which students recalled wonderful moments from last week’s “MusicGo” activity and shared their happiness and insights. The session was followed by grade-based class games. Students took part actively, and the venue was filled with laughter and cheers.
The highlight of the day was a friendly basketball game between the school team and the teachers’ team. The match was fierce and exciting. In the final second, a student made a half-court three-pointer, pushing the atmosphere to a climax. The audience burst into loud cheers and applause. Afterwards, teachers also competed against one another in another thrilling game, drawing constant applause from spectators.
The whole event came to a successful close amid cheerful voices and warm applause. Through this feast celebration, all members of the school deepened their faith and showcased the campus vigour and strong team spirit.
